Shipping policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $499.
All orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment and order confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking information when your order has shipped.
All items are shipped via Australia Post.
Domestic Shipping
Standard & express shipping options available within Australia.
International Shipping
We will ship internationally on a case by case basis if we believe the model has a high chance of arriving undamaged.
Given the delicate nature of some models, we wouldn't want to risk damaging them in transit as we are unable to provide any returns on International orders.
Any import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Check Shipping Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status and delivery timeframe. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@echucascalemodelcars.com.au so we can investigate for you.

Local Pickup
Local Pickup can be arranged. Please contact us first to ensure an appropriate pickup day can be organised as we may not always be available on your preferred pickup day.
